  2. I wish you gave a smooth transitioning advice during switching legs in Skandasana. I hurt my hip and fell while doing that, and still have pain on that side of the hip ๐Ÿ˜ž

  5. I'm a mid 30s guy born with a spinal chord injury.. i use a wheelchair most of the day to do my job. I can definitely tell this lesson counteracting the effects of sitting all day. Think doing this lesson 3-4 times a week for a few months would be adequate?

  13. It's so over excited type of video,absolutely like all exercise but my believe say sethubandha asana or kegel exercise with bhastrika prranayam and kapalbhati pranayam with surya namaskar i.e sun salutation included in it will do more justice to the video.

  14. I'm not gonna lie this is the BEST yoga class I've ever done on this app. It didn't even feel like 30min and I feel absolutely amazing. I was able to do a full wheel bridge which I haven't done since I was 8. Thank you so much for sharing this!!!!

  15. Loved releasing my "goddess." This really opened my hips up, made my back feel great, and put me in an awesome mood! Followed it up with a few other poses including Warriors 1-3 for a little more sweat.
