  7. Ashton, thank you. I loved your pacing which allowed me to me successfully pair my breathing and the movement. I am only 70+ days into my practice and this was accessible.

This was perfectly designed to allow me to concentrate on the breathing and the moves and thereby put stress and worry aside for 30 blissful minutes…and I felt great at the end. I will definitely make a point of doing this a couple of times a week. You're the very best Ashton!
