  1. Last month we focused on the practice and power of getting clear. This month we embrace the fact that the only constant is in fact, change.

And so, we practice loving our existence IN THE FLOW.

We align with the fact that what goes up, must come down and that struggles are in fact… real.

This month, we use the tools of yoga to build strength from the inside out.

    Ease. Resilience. Flexibility. Joy.

    Catch A Wave.

  2. Oh dear, I can't bend my knees that deeply or kneel on my heels without pain. I guess this is even too advanced. I am slowly working toward moving without pain, so far.

  3. Getting down on the floor is difficult for many older people — getting up is very hard for some of us. Many of your sessions seem to start or even stay on the floor. I'd like to see more standing, flow movements. If there's one like that to watch, I'd love to know the link.

  4. Just did the practice with my little brother (21 years old). Is was his first yoga practice and I thought this would be an easy introduction. We enjoyed it very much

  5. As someone recovering from a health scare and a few rounds of surgeries, this gentle yoga is wonderful. Lets me move and stretch and work on my stability again without feeling pressured to be somewhere I'm physically not.
    Thank you!

  6. As a senior with one degenerative hip joint, it is impossible to sit on the floor, even with blankets and/or pillows under me. Could you please create a gentle practice that does not involve sitting on the floor or deeply folded knees and hips (as in child pose)?

  7. This is a perfect practice for my senior body! Thank you!! Adriene….maybe you would consider producing more slow and gentle yoga practices for seniors? ila

  8. I decided to try this as I’m really missing my usual morning practices with Adriene , I’m 9 weeks post open heart surgery and this practice was perfect, exactly what I needed. Thank you 🙏 Adriene.

  9. I love your videos Adriene. I have practiced for years with you. Today I needed to share that I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. As a Senior I was told no forward bends. Can you please clarify? Thank you

  10. Thanks for the great practice. I have been away for over 2 years. I was shaking all through the practice. But I feel much better. I'm hoping to keep this up. Thank you Adrian💗

  11. I’m 51 and just getting back into fitness and exercise after a long period of not taking care of myself properly. This was just what I needed after my workout this morning x

  12. Thank you so much once again, Adrienne! After a break of 2 or 3 years of doing very very little yoga, I was able to start again in an achievable way, thanks to you! 😍

  13. I’m a 35 yr old male just getting into yoga and the hardest thing for me aside from not being flexible is focusing my mind. My ADD kicks in and can barely get through it. Short yoga for ADD, that’s what I need.
