Yoga for new Moms (and Everyone Else!) Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga

You do not have to be a new mom or a mom at all to practice this yoga class, BUT this class addresses a lot of the challenges that new moms tend to face. This class is meant to be a “feel good” class to relax and rejuvenate you. In addition to the mental and emotional benefits of this particular practice, this class addresses the physical aspects of tight and tired upper back, shoulders and chest, as well as toning the low belly and pelvis. This class is being released on Mother’s Day 2018, so Happy Mother’s Day to you!
