Yoga for new Moms (and Everyone Else!) Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga



You do not have to be a new mom or a mom at all to practice this yoga class, BUT this class addresses a lot of the challenges that new moms tend to face. This class is meant to be a “feel good” class to relax and rejuvenate you. In addition to the mental and emotional benefits of this particular practice, this class addresses the physical aspects of tight and tired upper back, shoulders and chest, as well as toning the low belly and pelvis. This class is being released on Mother’s Day 2018, so Happy Mother’s Day to you!

  1. I’ve been a mom now for seven months but my back neck and core feel like they’ve been through hell after having a c section and going thru new mom stuff such as you described. This was just what my aches and pains needed! My hope is that my body will remember how it should actually feel. Thank you for being considerate of the shapes and conditions your viewers may be in, many yoga videos for “new moms” fail to recognize this. ❤️

  2. Love starting my day with your videos! Missed it so much when I was pregnant at the end. Would love if you could do a short routine that gets your heart pumping but is diastasis friendly and I could get done during baby’s short nap (no planks, back bends or crunches or movements like like low boat)

  7. Great video for ANY mom. I am far from being a “new” mom but still remember those early days. (Wait until teen years!!? 😈 )But so helpful of you to admit to how hard it all is. Had to chuckle at the “tension” comment. Such a hard job
