Join Flo for a yoga for men vinyasa breathe and flow yoga practice in Bali. In this 30 minute practice you’ll work on twists, standing poses, upper body strength and have options to go upside down.   1. 5/9/22 Day 1: This was hard. I'm not ashamed to say that on a scale of 1-10 I would give my ability to perform the different poses and hold the movements a 2.. maybe 3.

    I'm ok with this and feel inspired knowing that there is a long bright road ahead in my journey.

    For effort I am going to give myself a 7. I know I can push harder but will instead focus on remaining consistent since this will in turn cause my "gains" to come.

  2. Yoga = Union is not meant union with your muscules and their postures but with the universe. It's just hijacking great old philosophy just for mere physical activity. Look for Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, and maybe add some meaning to what you do.

  4. I've been doing yoga for a few years and have been looking for ways to add some new challenges and this content is a challenge for sure. The only thing I struggled with was your pyramid pose but it was all super intense!

  5. I finally paid the 5 dollars for this guy’s Patreon. I didn’t think I would like the longer classes but they are so fulfilling and they have so much more added to them. The Patreon is worth it the longer classes are the right length. Try it
