Yoga for energy and courage. If you’re feeling depressed, down or overwhelmed, this power yoga sequence will give you energy, courage and hope. In just a 30-minute class, reverse your perspective and find your inner strength and resilience. This class is ideal for if you’re feeling beaten down by yourself or life in general. Uplift your spirits with this therapeutic yoga sequence. Level is Intermediate but I offer modifications along the way. Anyone’s whose done several yoga studio classes will be fine.

  1. Love all of your videos, but have been really disappointed lately with more of them having ads sprinkled throughout, especially when they are shorter like this one. I'll have to be more aware when I choose a video to make sure it doesn't have those disruptions throughout, so frustrating during workouts and yoga videos since there is a pace/setting/mood they are bringing to a halt. 😞

  2. This is one of the hardest sequences I got to do with you. I'm dripping sweat, my body was shaking everywhere. I felt like I'm " less than", because I could not do several poses, my legs wouldn't go high enough, my arms wouldn't reach the ground, my balance was inexistent. And then it dawned on me that this is exactly a reflection of life. I can't do everything, I'm not perfect, and it's a struggle sometimes. But I'm showing up every day and that's all that is required. And in the end, I'm glad I did this. Thank you Brett. 🙏🧘‍♀️

  3. Will be a go to practice for me, along with a Kundalini one for courage; I needed to be a bit warm before launching into it but next time I'll know to warm up in advance of this. Your passion is electifying in this Kriya!

  4. Thank you Brett. After 2 successive days of doing this practice one time each day on the third day I noticed a distinct improvement in self-confidence, self belief, courage, and resolve and more. I follow this practice with the recommended 10 minute meditation afterwards. Today my brain is thinking clear I am happier, hopeful, and believe I can live life as I want to create it. This is part of a healthy diet and other metal an psychological practices I am doing. I know that other videos of #BrettLarkin on the kundalini breathing training has supported my ability to do this practice and breathe deep. I’ve noticed healing in my body. I’ve noticed achiness in muscles and joints to significantly decrease.

It got me sweating like crazy and I was able to get only trough 20 minutes but I will definitely come back and do it again and again until I get all of this done!
