  1. I'm Liz from Kenya, a new single mum looking forward to regaining my body size and enjoying the yoga classes,it's actually my very first attempt to yoga class

  2. I discovered this short introduction to yoga a year or more ago & it's my go-to exercise video twice/ week. It's an excellent guide to stretching my whole body, gently. Many thanks. Should I be challenging myself further & pursuing 'higher forms' of yoga? Or can I comfortably rest here?

  3. I love that class. Hey Ashton chataranga is still so hard me I can't do it.
Am still shaking during the low and high crescent lunges. And it's so hard to literally step the forward foot back while transitioning to a down ward dog.
Yet I have done this class quite a number of times.

  4. The one who sent here the students they can be an awesome or lucky teacher to know this chanel. ^^
I wish to thw students who got here power, strenght for their studies and life and to not forget to take care of their phisiqual, mental and emotional state in the future.🌟
And a pleasant summer time. 🌸

  5. Are there any videos where the instructor doesn't talk the entire time? I understand there needs to be some level of communication and Instruction, but it would be great to have a." To the point" yoga video. I'm trying to get into it and it's just one long 30 min of rambling.

  6. This video surprised me. As I was doing yoga with the Aston I began to be a little self-conscious about how far I was able to stretch, but every time I felt this way I heard her say that it was okay. It was okay to not be in the same place or not be able to stretch as far as I would like. It was very comforting and allowed me to relax more. Thank you!
