Yoga for complete beginners! This is a great 22 minute Breathe and Flow yoga class for you to follow along to start your yoga practice at home. If you have never done yoga before give this video a try. You don’t need any props, just a mat or carpet and the motivation and open mind to give this a try. This is also very suitable for athletes that want to take the day off from their activity and just move in their bodies. If you sit a lot at your desk or drive but have no interest in a strong yoga practice then this gentle yoga practice will hopefully make you feel really good.

  1. I’ve had a really hard time getting into yoga because every YouTuber recommended to me was a thin beautiful woman and it was really affecting my self image watching them do these effortless poses… but I just did this entire sequence with you and I feel so good! I’m so glad I found your page!

  2. Is this really for beginners 😂 most of the poses I cannot even rest my sole flat , wonder am i even doing it correctly

  3. thx for the workout but this is definitely the most hard "beginner" Workout I ve seen so far on yt. I just wasted 12 Mins of my life as I couldnt do 50 percent of the excersices. Too many to fast and couldnt concentrate. Just stopped this workout and going back to another one. Sorry my friend but this isnt for beginners.

  4. Yoo I thought this was going to be lame as hell but I figured it wouldnt hurt to try. Wow, that wasn't easy for me but I actually feel good now! Like my bones haven't been stretched like that in years! Feeling more like a living being and not a robot!

I recently discovered this channel and I absolutely love it, I used to do yoga years ago and when I start making money I forgot to take care of myself now I have alot health issues I easily stressed out andI have to learn to let go and meditate and calm down and take care of my body just notice the last 30 days doing yoga and meditate help me
