  1. I suffered From Anxiety since I was a Kid. was later diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder, Until I got some super Herbs from Dr Eromon Youtube channel, I'm literally doing Better now, I'm Greatful and I advise you help your self too

  2. The alternate nostril breathing has literally changed my life. I never liked any of the breathing techniques that involved counting or holding, but this one just WORKS and it works every time, even when my nose is stuffed from crying. I have not had a major panic attack since the last one this helped me manage, and I feel a lot safer knowing that if it ever got that bad again, I have something to rely on to get me out of it. I do this technique whenever I get too nervous from waiting at the dentist, preparing for a phonecall, making a big decision… It calms me down instantly and I don't even want to know how because it might break the magic 😅

  3. I have the worst anxiety and panic attacs. I had to start using medicine because of it. Hope this yopa
will help me relax a bit. Only people with anxiety will understand the suffer we go trough.

  4. A friend of mine had a wave of anxiety overtake them, so I invited her to do this video with me. She felt much, much better after this practice — thank you, thank you so much!

  5. Have an interview today that i was v nervous about, this video helped me release all of it!! Gonna go kill this interview and get the job. Thank you, Adriene 🙂

  6. This was the first time I really tried yoga and I think it definitely won't be the last. Especially that cat buckle exercise was sooo good. Thank you, I really needed that release!

  7. When she said you are supported – i broke down. I feel like I am not supported. This was a great opener for me and why I have been feeling the way I have been feeling.

  8. I have been suffering from anxiety since I can remember, as I have had an ugly life, but the panic attacks started about 10-11 years ago. I am usually able to continue living and just go through them without anyone noticing. But lately I have been having either very strong ones (with shivering, cold sweats, chest pain, muscle pain) or just chains of panic attacks. Just a couple of days ago they started at 2:30 AM and did not stop until 6-7 PM. I get exhausted when they happen like that. My last resort is trying to do yoga, before I turn to antidepressants (I really don’t want to be on pills). But I can’t go on like this anymore…

  9. I had to call an ambulance this morning because my 2 yo son started to convulse in my arms i though he was dying and I was alone with him 😭😭 We are back from the hospital and he acts like nothing happened! I really needed this practice so thank you so much

  10. I don't understand why a lot of anxiety yogas in yoga or seated ones because I find it really hard to not feel anxious when I'm in positions where I feel like I can't breathe. I feel like that just makes it worse 😓

  11. praying for anyone who's having panic/ anxiety attacks or any anxiety disorder, I had gone thru several panic attacks last month for the first time and it's awful. stay strong y'all we're in this together<3.

  12. Thank you so much, Adriene. I was in a depressive episode and these movements helped me to lift myself out of it. I really appreciate your focus on listening to yourself and not judging whatever you need or feel grateful for. I also listened to a q&a you gave (Yoga Q&A + Personal Stuff + Puppy!) about an hour ago that talked about how yoga is really just listening. It helped me to accept my depressive youtube bingeing and then take a bath. There, I was able to ask myself "what would you like to do now?" and I remembered seeing this video on your channel! So thanks again 🙂 I have chronic depression and your channel gives me hope for understanding and loving myself.

  13. i only slep two hours today cause my dep[ression is acting up and make me so anxious, my heartbreat was a mess but thank yopu for this i am able to relax a bit.. i'll def comeback to this video again and do it all over again from time to time. thank you so so much

  14. Last year of graduate school, three kids, newly single mom going through divorce after a high stress relationship. Literally having physical issues with “stress hives” now. Going to try this yoga daily. Thanks.

  15. I’ve been rewatching this video for almost a year, every single night because I honestly cant sleep with it. I wake up feeling like its hard to breathe in the middle of the night when I don’t meditate or do yoga. It feels like I’m gonna die and no matter how many times it happens and I make it through, it still gets me every time and I want to call an ambulance so badly… I really hope someone sees this that is going through the same thing and knows that they are not alone.🥰☺️😇

  16. It was amazing to finish out my homework and health induced stress day with this video. Brought such a sense of calm before bed, especially with my bunny helping by giving me kisses at the end. Thank you!

  17. I started this video crying in a panic attack. The alternate nose breathing is a game changer!! I feel aouch better at the end of this practice. And it reminds me why I love having yoga in my life. Thank you Adriene!

  18. I was panicking and felt my chest and heart tightening to the point where it hurt. I felt nauseous and restless. Every muscle I stretched and every breath I took because of this video felt so euphoric it’s almost magical. Thank you Adriene

  19. CAC Stress care tablet is an amazing combination of natural herbs like Sarpgandha, Brahmi, Tagar, jatamansi. It helps to relieve stress conditions. They help to pacify the nervous system and also help to increase mental and physical performance. In Ayurveda when there is an imbalance of three energies i.e. Vata, pitta, and Kapha, it leads to disease. Vata has a sub dosha named prana doshas which regulates the sensory perception, brain, and mind. Tarpak Kapha subtype of kapha, governs cerebrospinal fluid, sadhak pitta subtype of pitta doshas governs emotions and their impact on the heart. So any vitiation of these doshas leads to stress. It act as Anti-depressant, relieves Insomnia, Anxiety.
