  1. This class is all about breathing, the holds are there just to make it a bit more challenging. Great way to combine some strength with a mediative practice, Flo!

  2. woow! that was awesome! that was challenging but also meditation🤸🏻‍♀️ the dolphin pose is still new to me and i have difficulties to coordinate. Since I really liked your chaturanga pose video and also the other explainatory videos, I wanted to asked you, if you could do a how to video about dolphin pose! I appreciate you guys so much for reminding us to be more still in our life! Namaste 🙏

  3. I discovered your channel about 2 months ago and am really enjoying the strong and advanced level classes. Your breath classes and mediation are superb too! Thank you and keep up the good work!

  4. Thank you for this class i like it a lot. One question, how do i make the pain go away is it just that my body gets to get used to it or do i need to do some special stretching. i almost made it through with the sitting but its really hard to concentrate on the breathing while my legs hurt

  5. Love love love the long holds & attention to the breath. Craved Pigeon too, and added this yummy posture to the practice before the breathing exercises 🧘🏽‍♀️ Feeling renewed ✨

  6. Awesome session!

Quick question: whenever I hold any pose for long I start to develop a feeling of numbness in the part thats under pressure. Is this normal. Eg. While sitting in heroes pose, the top of my feets really turned numb and I had to release and continue in cross legged position. Same happens for some lunges or pegion pose etc.

    Please address this issue

  7. Really enjoyed this class. The meditative holds really felt amazing and to finished off with the breathwork just felt great. Thank you
