🙏
Awesome holds while breathing
Thank you 🙏
Perfect 🤍
This class is all about breathing, the holds are there just to make it a bit more challenging. Great way to combine some strength with a mediative practice, Flo!
Namaste🙏
I really like this practice. Short but very effective. Felt good first thing in the morning especially with the breath work added in. 💕
Thanks for this Yang practice. Very efficient
woow! that was awesome! that was challenging but also meditation🤸🏻♀️ the dolphin pose is still new to me and i have difficulties to coordinate. Since I really liked your chaturanga pose video and also the other explainatory videos, I wanted to asked you, if you could do a how to video about dolphin pose! I appreciate you guys so much for reminding us to be more still in our life! Namaste 🙏
i did this one with my eyes closed, it was beautiful, thank you dear Flo 😌
Loved this! 💖
I really liked this kind of class! Very challenging but also extremely mediative. I would love to have a longer class this style on patreon!
feeling recovered! thanks Flo
I loved this practice! Please consider doing more of these strong hold classes 🙂
Perfect! Thank you!
I discovered your channel about 2 months ago and am really enjoying the strong and advanced level classes. Your breath classes and mediation are superb too! Thank you and keep up the good work!
Hay guys my 1st yoga with you guys in along time, an damaged my acl quite badly an slowly recovering, it’s jujitsu for you eh, hope the knee holds up! Many blessing to you both
Thank you for this class i like it a lot. One question, how do i make the pain go away is it just that my body gets to get used to it or do i need to do some special stretching. i almost made it through with the sitting but its really hard to concentrate on the breathing while my legs hurt
Love love love the long holds & attention to the breath. Craved Pigeon too, and added this yummy posture to the practice before the breathing exercises 🧘🏽♀️ Feeling renewed ✨
Can one of you do a strong hold yoga practice mainly focused on the lower body ?
Awesome session!
Quick question: whenever I hold any pose for long I start to develop a feeling of numbness in the part thats under pressure. Is this normal. Eg. While sitting in heroes pose, the top of my feets really turned numb and I had to release and continue in cross legged position. Same happens for some lunges or pegion pose etc.
Please address this issue
No és tan bona com la de Pat. Tornar-la a provar potser dintre d'un temps llarg.
this is great! let's have more like this?
Really enjoyed this class. The meditative holds really felt amazing and to finished off with the breathwork just felt great. Thank you
Fantastic video – thank you
those beginnings 💎
First week back in the office since March 11, 2020. Much needed. 🙏🏽
Great practice Flo, it was much easier for me to focus on my breath and stay mindful during these longer holds.
bro you are such a savage, I really appreciate what you are doing <3
Thanks for this class. I wanted to do a slow class in the morning and it was really great. Now my body, especially my legs, has woken up 🙂
Wow! What a great workout! Thank you for sharing and have a nice weekend 🙂
Holds are always hard and soothing. good one.
Flo hi, it's been a long time since there was a Yoga video for men, it's sad 🙁 I would like to see a video in the style of animal flow
The first long hold plank is always hardest for me, the last one however I felt I could do forever, I even got ready for a long chaturanga but it never came 😁
