Yoga Break – Full Body Quick Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga

Take a break, take a breath and stretch and release tension in your entire body with this quick seated yoga class. You don’t even have to get out of your chair if you are at your desk. You can even try these movements if you are stuck in a car or on a plane. This class includes upper body tension release like neck rolls, shoulder rotation, side bends, twists and more. Lower body stretches include hip stretching and compression, hamstring stretches and more. Standing postures by your chair, (if possible), include a shoulder and hamstring stretch. This class is guaranteed to release tension and get blood pumping to the entire body. Enjoy!

  2. These are great stretches to do all day, except in a plane! Good grief you must be a tiny girl because there is no way most people could do this within the sardine space a plane seat allows, haha! But thanks for the ideas.
