  3. Hello and thank you! It's a great practice and I am very grateful to share the space. In the one sequence, (sort of a lunge) when you bend your rear knee to the floor, on the one side you instruct to exhale on the bend, and inhale as straightening, but the other side is the reverse of this. I'm curious, is this intentional?
