  11. Allie, Thank you for this class. I was searching for a YY and this popped up and looked perfect. The mudra at the end was easier to do than the beginning of class. I felt more aligned and centered all through my physical self and my hands just melded together so organically at the end. It felt awkard at the beginning. Beautiful sequence. I have the this book for TK and I followed along with you. Peace. C.S.
