Total Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back, and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. This 45 min yoga practice is great for the lower back and the HIPS! Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out, and connect to something big.

  3. These are great for people who can get into these positions already, or can approximate them. I'm not flexible at all, so I would need to start with alternatives that are much less demanding.

  4. I have been learning and practicing Yoga with you, Adriene, since about 5 years ago. I am 59 now. Not flexible at all, on the contrary, very stiff! I am so proud I was able to fall most of this class. Not all! I had, my crisis o big challenges on certain positions. But I loved it! You are such a wonderful teacher. Keep going!

  5. This practice was everything I needed today, but didn't know I was looking for. The title threw me off, a bit. It turns out that it is a "Delectable yin practice, with a touch of work your stuff out, and remember your an awesome divinity by the time you're through" practice. Namaste! And, if you are hiring anyone to name the videos, I will take the job! 🕉❤🙃😘🙏

I ❤ Adrienne I started out w/10min which led to 15min I do 🧘‍♀️ daily when I dont I FEEL LOST I've done thru osteoarthritis/osteoporosis joint replacements I credit whr I am today along with mediatationfor being a better human ALL AROUND yes I'm forced to use traditional western medicine 💊 but I recover faster I think better because of my almost daily practice of 🧘‍♀️ I find my days go "better" if I find a place on a mat THANK YOU for wht u do but i really wish you would show some adaptive poses for disabled ppl thank again

  7. Hi Adriene! The second to last stretch in this video I was unable to really engage in. Just food for thought when trying to find stretch adaptations for beginners. It was the stretch where you leaned forward onto your forearms from the splits… I couldn't get my hips to splay out far enough to lean forward at all so there ended up being like good minute of deep recovery breathing that I didn't end up getting to feel. I couldn't even get my heart over my hips once my legs were spread out as far as they could go. I love your chanel and hope life is treating you and Benji well!!<3

  8. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do the whole 45 minutes because its been years since I worked out. Plus ever since I have lost my job, I've just been laying down on my couch all day everyday, barely even leaving the house because I feel down. It was tough at first not gonna lie, I'm so outta shape, but next thing I know I'm done. It didn't even feel like 45 minutes passed! I'm grateful I decided to do this yoga stretch video today, I even got emotional and teary eyed during the beginning of the video because I realized that I have been neglecting my body for so long. I will make a conscious effort to continue yoga practice or at least be more active. Thank you Adriene! 😄

  9. Love this session!! I’ve set myself a challenge to come back to it one a week this month to gain more flexibility along with my other high intensity sessions, and I’m loving it ☺️
