Take the Time to Move Your Body Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga



This 25-minute at home yoga class includes a warm-up with Ujayiii breathing, cat-cow, thread the needle and spinal balance. Continuous stretching and strengthening includes core work (spinal balance, modified side plank and three legged dog with knee to nose taps!). Stretching poses are included throughout – crescent moon, half splits, pigeon and more. Strengthening postures include jiva squats, chair – airplane and balance – plank and bridge.
