  1. okay, this is a needed journey, on more than one level. I'm admitting I missed Friday, my husband needed the internet for work…I did my own version. But then came Sat, Sun, Monday and yes Tuesday…. "slipped out of mind?" hmm I've been here before. oh now you've done it you missed, next day oh I'll get back on… oops tomorrow… now too many days… well I picked her up she was pretty flat on the floor.. "me", the one I told nah we missed too many now… I picked her up and did the nourish session…. then I had a cancellation and just did Rest. this is going to be my little place of working this out. its Wednesday! its okay. I love you and I'll see you tomorrow

  2. I didn't want cardio so this long Shakti (which I just learned about – bonus!) was a great alternative for a focused vibe and channeling my "she ready" LOL love YWA!

  3. This video needs more consistent narration, so that we know what is happening without coming out of pose to see. You’re obviously a great teacher, though, and this vid was done 5 yrs ago. Thank you for the video.

  4. I’ve been learning yoga for just under 1 week and I really enjoy the comforting aspects of it afterwards. I’ve dealt with a lot of soreness as I was overweight for a while. Now that I’m over 60 lbs lighter, I’ve been walking and weight training. But yoga and kettlebell work have helped me with mobility and flexibility. I enjoy seeing Sweet Benji in the videos.   5. Love your videos!
    Is it normal to be flexible everywhere but hamstrings? My hamstrings are so tight that I can't bend more than 45 degrees with straight knees. It burns behind the knees. Is it neural pain or tendons or what?

  6. 'return to the breath' return of the mack, i find it uncanny as mark mojrrison is from the uk, in leciester and i saw him in a nightclub in derby uk, in the 1990s, and now here adriene is singing,,, i feel like a celebrity
