  2. Thank you for your youtube videos. The pace is so good to do along. While doing the posture at 22.10 , the knee on the floor start hurting even though the knee is on the mat. Any solution for it ?

  4. Here I was on Beltane 2020 wondering what I could do to honor the Earth. Burning incense, gardening, setting an intention and taking a Root Chakra yoga class from you and your crickets and me and my chimes, birds and neighbor's puppy. Perfect!

    I enjoy your videos the first time I found them I was getting tired of yoga I didn't understand it until I came across yours you had a spiritual and visualization part to it that brought me closer and helped me understand myself. You explain very well things I have no idea about, and aren't explained much when I do yoga with others so I appreciate it, it gets challenging sometimes to keep up but I know I will get there xox it's no biggy I know you take the time to make these videos and I'm very much appreciated of them.

  6. Oh This was FANTASTIC! i love you show your edits at the end! 😂 your the beat yoga teacher ive ever had!!! My sciatica flares up very frequently and it was a little tight in the beginning but feel pain free now that ive finished. So excited for the body mind soul studio!
