Restorative Yoga & Breathwork | 40 Min Relaxing Practice With Props

This is a gentle and slow restorative yoga class to stretch your full body. We’ll incorporate five different postures in this sequence — a heart opener, side body stretch, twist, fold and hip-opener. Viloma pranayama or ‘long exhale breath’ is practiced at the end.

You will need props for this class (1 bolster and/or pillows/blankets, 2 blocks).

  1. I had a nagging headache, and doing this routine really eased the pain by like 80%. I felt very relaxed and in a blissful state at the end. My only problem pose was leaning forward.. even with the blocks and 2 bolsters, I’m just not “flexible” to lean forward 😩

  2. I have become a huge fan of your classes. I admire the simplicity yet perfect blend of the limbs in such accessible and mindful flows. I've started teaching in the past year, and love to learn from others. I feel like I can completely immerse myself fully – thank you for your gift.

  3. thank you Jessica! also I just wanted to say quick thanks for putting your sponsor at the end, I was feeling very irritated today and went to this video to help me come back to being calm

  4. Such a lovely practice and just what I needed today. I am recovering from a cold and wasn't ready to do a more vigorous yoga practice, but wanted to get the kinks out.

  5. Love these deep yin practices! Feels so good on the body and soul. You're voice and the energy you exude is perfect for these practices, which is why I've signed up for your app. To have more of these practices with you would be such a gift.
