So here is a 30-Minute Power Vinyasa yoga flow to help you build upper body strength. We work on building up arm + core muscles and towards the end of the class we work on breaking down Tripod Headstand.

  3. Thank you for the tutorial in how to come in a head standing. Even though I feel a lot of fear in doing it I could, though , stayed with my knees over my elbows for almost the whole time.

  4. I've been actively doing your classes now for 2 months almost daily (5 days a week) and thank you!! This class was a good one. I do need to learn to control my breath and constriction isnt really working, any suggestions?

I am a beginner in yoga and from the many channels that I surfed, I think Jessica Richburg's is the one that suits to me the most because she is so calm in her voice and not so chatty like many others. I often feel insecure when I unable to perform some movements but her instruction is so calm and gentle that makes me feel more inclusive to the yoga flow itself.

  7. One might think i am only interested in yoga hot girls. But, I'll question that. I've attended several yoga and power yoga classes through the years. I am also a kine. Graduate. I have back pain at times so yoga has helps me with the pain.😎
