This class builds from the very beginning into a nice sweaty flow. Each series of flow adds a new option for balancing on one leg, on your hands or on your head! If these yoga postures are new or intimidating to you, don’t pass on this class. You can still practice and challenge yourself whether or not you get upside down. Core strengthening postures are offered throughout the entirety of the class, including plank and side plank exercises. Up-level postures of interest include hurdlers, scissor side crow, flying pigeon, bird of paradise, sugar cane, tripod headstand, headstand, handstand, toe balance, side plank with big toe hold and more! Enjoy this FUN and interesting yoga class! Let me know what you think in the comments below!

  1. Hi Erin. I absolutely love this flow. I ‘be done it over and over and enjoy noticing how I am slowly improving and getting the arm balances right. Your classes are incredible!! Thank you so much!

  2. Just finished it! I was sweating profusely half way through it and then by the end I felt very rested and relaxed and no longer sweating (it's the day after hottest day of the year in the UK, so pretty hot!). I will be doing this one again as it has a bit of everything, including head and hand stands, which I live for.

  3. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏
I have been practicing your classes for the last 1.5 years, and really anjoing and improving my practice. I can feel that your giving from your soul and with alot of love . Im so thankful for your time ,wish that one day i will meet you personally in one of your retrits .😇🙏💚💪🥰

  4. This has become my favorite class as I am trying to move from beginner to well, not so new of a beginner. I do have trouble with some arm balances. Made More difficult trying to watch and do. So my question is, do you any tutorial videos for arm balances or advanced poses? Thank you and keep going! You’re the best.

  5. This was utterly amazing ! I have good flexibility in my lower body but my shoulders are so tight and I can never even get near to doing a proper binding. Do they get more flexible with practice ?

  6. Hi Erin, I love your yoga classes, I have been doing them for a year now. This power hour yoga is my favourite, do you do any other similar classes on YouTube? Thanks so much, you have kept me fit during this pandemic.

  7. Dear Erin, your flows help me in so many ways, besides the fact that they are challenging, sufficiently long and greatly produced. I thank you and your team from my heart!!

  8. I am on day 22 of your 30 day challenge. Every morning I look for your email to see what practice you have for the day. When I saw it was 60 minutes of power yoga, I was excited! I couldn’t wait to get my work done so I can do this class! It was absolutely awesome!

  9. Waow… That was the most exhausting video I have ever made from your channel 😥 did not expect it… But you are my Favorit Yogi on Youtube 🙏

  10. This classes lives up to its title of a power hour yoga class. I cannot yet do some of the poses but find the rest of the class invigorating and engaging. I love how you challenge us but providing us a safe environment to "fail" also. Love the pace.

  11. This was amazing. It challenged me in many ways, but it also was engaging enough that I almost didn't realize time was passing. Perfect to get me out of my head and calm down.
