Morning Jungle Flow Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga – Yoga Retreat Series

This yoga class was filmed at the Costa Rica Yoga Spa in Nosara, Costa Rica during one of our ‘Journey Home’ yoga retreats. This morning yoga class is an all-levels flow class, which includes a full body warm up, sun salutations, a variety of strength building postures, twists, a sequence of mandala flow and toward the end of class a fun balance flow. Due to the time of day that this class was filmed, some of this class is back-lit – shadowed in the studio and bright outside. So, listen to the cues, listen to the sounds of the jungle and enjoy the beautiful setting. We also experienced some audio issues mid-class, but don’t worry, they resolve themselves quickly. Enjoy the class and let us know what you think in the comments below!

  1. very interesting flow. I always feel so good after one of your classes. Not a single one ever disappoints. And I can't always do the more challenging poses but I hold the original pose (sometimes a bit wobbly, so I still get the benefit).

  2. This flow was such a relaxing treat this evening. I remember doing it when you first posted it and I am beyond excited to have rediscovered it. Baby grasshopper is one of those beautiful moments in a practice where strength, stretch, and focus come together in unison. Thank you for all the creativity and positivity you’ve offered over the years ♥️

  3. First time practicing this flow for me. The pace was perfect for my breath to movement practice. After class I don't think I've felt this good in a long time! Thank you Erin! I'll definitely be doing this one quite often.
