Yoga for minimalists! Less cues, less talking, more silence. This is a 25 minute vinyasa flow practice with Flo from Breathe and Flow Yoga. This class starts with some breathwork to then transition into movement.

  2. Thank you! It was really nice short practice, and I enjoyed it very much. As always, I appreciate your time and effort to make this wonderful video and share with us. I have one question, Flo. When we are in low boat, how much of the back touches the ground? Is it okay that my half of back touches the ground and only my showers float above the ground( I feel quite easy in this way) ? Or it should be only the bottom of my lower back supports the pose and the most of my back and shoulders are above the ground? (i need much effort to balance to stay in this way and it is almost impossible for me to bring my arms toward the head)

  5. I've been following your videos and pra timing with you for about a month and I love it! I was wondering if you'd be able make am intermediate and an advanced playlist? It would help me know which videos to choose when I wanna step up the difficulty

  6. Really enjoyed this sequence. It was quick and to the point. It touched a lot of body parts, got my blood pumping, and felt very complete for such a short duration. Would love more 30 minutes or less videos like this for days when I am not able to do long practices. I’m saving this one for class inspiration. Grateful

  7. Im loving this minimalist talking, what a difference, the silence spaces really helps ground…I never realized how stimulating talking is. This is why I havent gone to classes or via tube, until I found you guys, I love the clarity and spaciousness of your speaking and general energy.
    Even though I'm 17 years yoga practicing, its a fresh start with you guys. Your work is very appreciated, giving ppl the gift of better mental/emotional health and bodies ! much love and blessings!
