Join me for this 40-Minute Full Body Yoga Flow to cultivate a more mindful presence. So often we rush through our day on autopilot– allowing our mind to wander off without much awareness to what’s happening around us. This class will guide you through a practice incorporating mudras, affirmations, intentional asana sequencing and a body scan meditation at the end so that you can become more present and create a deeper connection with yourself, and those around you. ✨
