Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. They are trained in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release therapy, reiki, prenatal yoga and are certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, as well as certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

  9. Amazing. I feel like a warrior whenever I complete one of Bree or Flow’s practices. I’m so proud & impressed at my body after completing. I started my yoga journey on YouTube in feb 2021 completely green to the practice & I found you guys a few months ago. Ive had a few injuries stemming from yoga that I was doing possibly incorrectly before I found this channel. Your guidance & ques are exactly what I need to hear in the moment to protect myself. “Lower your left shoulder”, perfect timing. Good lookin out Flow.   13. Really enjoyed this session, was intense but also calmer with fewer cues. I enjoyed the kick thru and lizard elements !

  15. It was my first pranayama. Finding challenging to trust my breath and body but I did. I felt I was "high" – I experimented some feelings I never got in touch with before. What you're offering online is fantastic. I love the energy you spread into the world. It's SO inspiring.
