Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Bre and Flo have taught in several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

  6. What a great workout and I have been dealing with Lyme disease for a couple years. I always do flows videos but I am adding this in for Tuesdays and Thursdays I think it will help a lot. You guys already helped my sciatic nerve issues so hope this is the next one to go.
