  3. 27 weeks, did this workout and got a big click out of my back and another from my neck! My back pain is really more rib pain on the sides, I'm sure this still helped but if you ever want to do a specific video about rib pain that would be cool 🙂 I think the twisting stretches and strengthening probably helps the most with ribs, would you think?

  5. My back really feels stiff and painful. I had been looking for numerous solutions as well as tried them all however didn`t find any great results. On the other hand, using this particular back problems guide book, Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it), been able to deal with my back tightness substantially. I achieved much convenience because of it. You should try this guide book as well!

My back pain has been quite bad for the past 4 months (baby is due in 2 weeks) and this video kept me alive, but I found your other ones very helpful, too! Could I ask what the soundtracks are, please? Just thinking it would be lovely to listen to these while in labour, to remind me and bring me in a similar meditative state as my daily yoga sessions, as my brain recognises the music.
