  1. Just wow. I am 20 weeks and my back was so sore yesterday. This gave me immediate relief. I usually do one of the more difficult workouts but I wasn’t feeling well so I chose this one today. I almost fell asleep, I was so relaxed. The meditation I was able to do while completing this was an added benefit. Thank you so much for all you do. Since I found your channel 3-4 weeks ago, I’ve worked out every single day and before that I was totally inactive except when chasing my toddler or teaching kindergarten. Thank you!

  2. Currently 26 weeks pregnant and started getting such bad lower back aches, stumbled across your videos in despair and oh my goodness, it made me feel so much better! Thank you so much for your content, it’s absolutely amazing and I will be doing these daily now! 😊

  3. 27 weeks, did this workout and got a big click out of my back and another from my neck! My back pain is really more rib pain on the sides, I'm sure this still helped but if you ever want to do a specific video about rib pain that would be cool 🙂 I think the twisting stretches and strengthening probably helps the most with ribs, would you think?

  4. Your impact in my life and so many other pregnant ladys is huge! I have been doing your yoga practices everyday for 3 weeks and I feel amazing and has helped my sciatic pain tremendously. Thank you much!

  5. My back really feels stiff and painful. I had been looking for numerous solutions as well as tried them all however didn`t find any great results. On the other hand, using this particular back problems guide book, Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it), been able to deal with my back tightness substantially. I achieved much convenience because of it. You should try this guide book as well!

  6. Hi Jessica, I've been exercising with your videos for months now and all I can say is a big thank you! My back pain has been quite bad for the past 4 months (baby is due in 2 weeks) and this video kept me alive, but I found your other ones very helpful, too! Could I ask what the soundtracks are, please? Just thinking it would be lovely to listen to these while in labour, to remind me and bring me in a similar meditative state as my daily yoga sessions, as my brain recognises the music. Many thanks in advance, Zsuzsa
