Hi! I’m Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! In today’s video, I am sharing a 20 Minute Hatha Yoga Class for Beginners.

This beginners yoga class is great for anyone looking for a gentle and basic yoga routine. It’s the perfect class to slow down and unwind, but also get your body moving!

In this class, you’ll be moving through hugging the legs in towards the chest (eka pada apanasana, apanasana), low cobra arch (ardha bujangasana), child’s pose and twist (balasana), low lunge, warrior 2 and flying warrior (virabhadrasana II), wide leg forward fold and twist (prasarita padatonasana), bound angle pose (baddha konasana), seated twist (modified ardha matsyandrasana), supine pigeon (thread the needle), and savasana.

Hatha yoga can only be taught by a certified hatha yoga teacher and not online on the YouTube like this , I hope people doing the practice know this that copying asanas could have a bad impact on the one who has not learnt it from a certified trainer , but anyways I'm a no body to tell nobody what to do and not do 🙏

    I am interested in this yoga for beginners, I have stop Martial Arts for almost 10 years, my muscle and bones are stiff, how do I overcome this before I start yoga?
