Thank you for yet another beautiful practice Allie! I bought yoga blocks the other day and it's been a joy to explore how to use them. I have lightly short arms but long legs, so there are many positions in which I feel a bit hindered to find a strong form. So much easier with the blocks! I get more of that liberated feeling both physically and mentally!

This is too much for me. Most practices I end up being sad and upset because I'm not flexible at all. I have osteoarthritis of the spine and a pain syndrome (I forget the word infront) but it is to do with chronic pain in my muscles and it's due to breaking my back in 2016 and all the trauma I've been through. I'm a huge believer that the body holds in trauma and emotions and I like to think I'm working on it but most days I feel like I'll never be able to do yoga like this and I'll always be in pain. I'm only 29 years old. I'm 201 days sober so I'm really trying to make changes. I'm not trying to play victim either, all though it is really hard not to sometimes. Sorry for my little vent on here :/

I always use blocks( concession to age) but I never thought of doing an all blocks routine! There is something about getting my heels down in Down dog that really is satisfying.lol
Hi Allie- I took this class this morning and it was just what I needed. I donโt know what it was but my low back pain just ceased. I usually practice without blocks so maybe this was what I needed to have my body in more alignment or the core segment. Either way, I appreciate you and your classes. ๐
