  1. I really wanted to do yoga today but didn’t feel like leaving the house. This helped me so much and completely had me relaxed. Seeing as how I’m a beginner, I felt so light and free. Would definitely watch again

  2. Shelley, I just want to say thank you so much for this. It has helped me return to my practice after back surgery ..and getting older. We folks who aren't as limber as we once were, really need the guidance of a gentle teacher like you. More than ever I am experiencing the true "yoga" of mind and body.   3. Thank you! I am 60 and have suffered from Meniere's for over 20 years. Balance is my main issue, but the few poses you do, while still challenging on for me, do not make me fall over. 🙂 Hopefully, this will help my balance, and my confidence in balance, which will make a huge change in my life. I love your voice!

    I echo the thoughts of Morning Star Chenven. I’m also older, feeling a little stiff but I’m sure I’ll feel more flexibility and calmer with this, especially doing it regularly.

  7. I am nearly 70 and though active haven't done Yoga for many years. Your approach is just up my alley – I like your calmness and pace which suits me. I hope I can move onto the next level after a while but for now its the first thing I do on 3/4 mornings a week and its just good. Thank you very much.
