  1. I really wanted to do yoga today but didn’t feel like leaving the house. This helped me so much and completely had me relaxed. Seeing as how I’m a beginner, I felt so light and free. Would definitely watch again

  2. Shelley, I just want to say thank you so much for this. It has helped me return to my practice after back surgery ..and getting older. We folks who aren't as limber as we once were, really need the guidance of a gentle teacher like you. More than ever I am experiencing the true "yoga" of mind and body. I will check out your other videos for sure. Namaste…

  3. This is a perfect class. Just enough effort to feel like I’m expending energy, pace is easy to maintain, and gentle enough so no pain. Thank you!

  4. Thank you! I am 60 and have suffered from Meniere's for over 20 years. Balance is my main issue, but the few poses you do, while still challenging on for me, do not make me fall over. 🙂 Hopefully, this will help my balance, and my confidence in balance, which will make a huge change in my life. I love your voice!

  5. Recovering from Covid, New Years Day 2022. I wanted a short gentle practice, that would feel good in my body, mind and spirit. I have done this practice for years, because it's wonderful and Shelly is a great teacher with a soothing voice. Thanks once again!

  6. Shelley Nicole, thank you for this gentle class!
I echo the thoughts of Morning Star Chenven. I’m also older, feeling a little stiff but I’m sure I’ll feel more flexibility and calmer with this, especially doing it regularly.

  7. I will join the chorus and say thank you, this is the perfect level and length for my 75 year old body and mind.

  15. I am nearly 70 and though active haven't done Yoga for many years. Your approach is just up my alley – I like your calmness and pace which suits me. I hope I can move onto the next level after a while but for now its the first thing I do on 3/4 mornings a week and its just good. Thank you very much.

  16. I just had my 53rd birthday a few days ago and decided that it's time to get back to doing things that I used to love. What a gem to find on my 2nd day of re- commitment to self!! Your voice, pace and asanas are soothing and very accommodating. I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness. I will be hitting the subscribe button and visiting daily for inspiration as I improve and expand my practice. Thank you!!💜💜💜💜💜💜
