  2. That was challenging but wonderful. I did notice that my foot started to hurt with the lunges and holds, and I was making sure to hold it like you said and also by watching you. Do you know of any modifications that might help? Is it maybe due to weakness in my feet? (Back in HS, I was in cross country and had “turf toe”. Also, my feet tend to lose circulation when I run. I am not diabetic, either. It’s just been a frustrating thing )
