  4. here I am 7 months later. Still at it. My comment has received 18 replies, so I write again. I am still at it. Loving my early mornings. I am now 77 and very much sticking with YWA. Yes at this age you can still do yoga and get better each day. And more importantly feel better. Yea YWA.

  6. Embody Day 2: My hand slipped in plank and it scared me, thought I was going down. All good, I was definitely very mindful the rest of the practice.

  12. Oooh! What a needed lovely practice. Here on day 2, Ywa March 🍀🌼02/03/2022. Ooh! I am finding my inner voice, seriously showing up for myself, giving myself more sincerity, love and appreciation and connecting much more with the sound of my breath. Today was a bit👌🏾challenging as I'm ruminating so much on letting go of unloving, unappreciative close family and friends. Showing up for my mind and i had a little giggle😌😀🤣😌 inspite of my body in so much pain has been so calming and uplifting.
