Let Bre guide you through a full body all levels vinyasa yoga class. This practice is perfect for the morning to start your day, throughout the day or in the evening. You will work on all parts of the body and lengthen (stretch) and strengthen almost all areas. If you have blocks have them near by, just like a strap or belt.

  2. This was amazing! I try do practice almost everyday and there are some days that I feel more strong and I follow Flo videos. There are days like today that I just need to slow down and hug myself through yoga, Bre's video are perfect for that. That's what makes your channel special, you show us both sides of the practice 🙂 thank you again for everything!
