  3. Wow this was really wonderful. I almost felt tearful at the end of it, I felt very relaxed and in tune with my body throughout. Perfect amount of heat building. I didn’t need to watch the screen to follow the routine and it was my first ‘sweaty yoga’! Will definitely be making this a part of my routine ❤️

Definitely felt a burn and stretch but i have to agree that more breath work would have been better, but I was able to sync my breath n flow for most of the class..just felt like i rushed some breaths. Hope that makes sense! I did subscribe and very much appreciated this fast fun burn! U were very clear, easy to understand and provided a well balanced flow.   6. I appreciated and practice yoga because of this video. You made it easy for a noob like me. 3 mos ago i can't find my balance at all. With 2x a week practice with this video alone, i'm starting to feel the strength and balance. Now it's time to advance to a more challenging class. 🙂
