Ciao fellow yoga enthusiasts! In this video we go through a dynamic and energizing ladder flow to prep the hips (glutes, hamstrings, and psoas) for the peak pose of Hanumanasana (a.k.a. splits). You will need 2 yoga blocks (or thick books) and a small towel for this class.
