  7. It is disappointing that this video does not contain any warning about avoiding portions of this class if you have pelvic floor problems. The teacher seems knowledgable, so it is unclear why she did not include any mention that the pelvic floor exercises are potentially painful and even dangerous for the numerous women who have such problems.

  12. I so appreciate your informative and fun chair workouts! I'm 68 and have arthritis in almost every joint. I use your hand exercises throughout the day. Unfortunately, I had one hip replaced (popped out twice) and am not allowed to cross my legs midline. I just do another stretch instead. Peace be with you Sherry!

I found myself able to do more than I have ever done before so your workouts are really helping me improve my strength, balance and coordination.   15. It was my first time doing this session recently, struggled a bit as don’t have much flexibility in my legs & solid hour in one go was hard for me. But I think it’s one I can do every now & again, but keep with my favourite music & dance ones. So appreciative of you and Yoga Vista are doing, it’s been a godsend in this past year🙏❤️
