Easy Chair Yoga Class – 25 minutes – Five Parks Yoga



This 25 minute supported chair yoga class is almost entirely seated. There are opportunities toward the end of class to practice a seated flow and a standing balance posture, (tree), with the support of the chair. We start class with a Pranayama, (breathing exercise) called Nadi Shodhana, (alternate nostril breathing). Enjoy!

  2. Erin,l thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have a vestibular condition that keeps me from doing flow yoga, or going from the mat, to standing etc. Your chair yoga has kept my mind balanced during this covid19 pandemic. I do your chair yoga videos daily and honestly it's what's keeping me calm and centered as we self isolate and practice social distancing.   3. Thank you so much for this type of yoga…because I have ligament injury in my left leg…so can't do any exercise or yoga which pressurize my knee…plz my request to you for share more this type of yoga that I can….

  4. Thank you so much, I had a quite major foot surgery on 30th May & my feet are both in plaster –so I was really missing my daily yoga practice. Adrienne's chair yoga is great, & I will be doing this for the next few months, until I am back on my real fit & fit enough to return to full yoga Marion
