Hey friends! I’m so excited to share this week’s yoga class with you 🙂 It’s a fun vinyasa sequence to synchronize movement with breath, linking standing and balancing postures together into a dynamic practice. We’ll get a nice full body stretch, working on forward folds, backbends, side bends and twists. Guided Savasana is provided at the end.
One block is recommended for this flow, but not absolutely necessary. We’ll start in a forward fold at the top of the mat.
