  1. Ok, I was doing ok tell around minute 25. My low back & muscles running down my legs started given me pain. This like my 3 try at starting this 30 practice. Do you think I should do a few for back & leg pain 1st?

  3. 1st day in, these past two weeks i've been doing yoga for stretching and waking up the body. And today is my first day and this is soooo hard for me BECAUSE i am not active, i have ZERO body strength….. i do blame myself for that but as you can see i have ALOT of work to do. thank you adrienne for welcoming me as a very early beginner.

  4. I suffer from severe anxiety which causes panic attacks and depression as well. I've tried many things and nothing has helped me and I've heard wonderful things about yoga so this is my first day trying this out. Wish me luck. I hope everyone who's tried this has benefitted from it! <3

  5. Today was a major learning lesson. I haven't practiced in a while. During the practice today I was crying so much. Then some laughter and back to tears. When I was doing your yoga everyday day in the past I felt alive and focused. I now understand why I must do this everyday. Thank you. Namaste!

  6. I'm just beginning my 30 day journey today at 45 yo. I've promised to allow myself the time every day to center myself before I begin my day and after my first workout I can already feel the energy working. Thank you for doing these videos. 💜💙

  7. I just watched 20 minutes of it. I didn't have time to finish but will continue to finish tomorrow morning. I'm not a yoga person but I love to relax. I'm fat and depressed and I'm hoping that I will make myself more relaxed in mind and comfortable with doing yoga. I'm not sure if this will work out or not. At least if I do some yoga but not wasting on gaming I will be happy. Although I feel like I like gaming it's just making me more depressed with the things I am facing in real life. For a replacement of it, gotta start something different.

  8. i was so caught off guard when she said "last pose" I was like its been like 15 minutes not 30… then the outro music started and I was really shocked! Went by really quick and was very relaxing!
