Creative and Strong 30 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Class



This is a 30 minute vinyasa yoga class for strength and awareness for you to follow along and to practice yoga at home. In my practice and classes I like to focus on strength and awareness. This class is on the stronger side focusing on upper body as well as lower body strength where you will leave your mat and go through non traditional poses and movements. If you are a beginner to yoga, make sure to check out my beginner classes in this channel, but I encourage everyone to give it a try, do your best and modify.

    I did many of ur class. I loved every one of them. I usually dont comment. But i have to say first the flow of the class is really good but more than that ur energy is pure. Ur really humble you dont talk much. The perfect amount. A lot of other teacher in the video talk a lot about spirituality while doing crazy move where for sur our ego is so present. I have the feeling as if they have to prove them self. I can feel there insecurity wich i understand i have them also😂. But with u i feel ur simplicity ad and ur doing that more for us than to make u feel secure about ur self. So thank you and keep it with ur beautiful energy ad intention i really think that will make people come back to ur class. Atma Namaste 🙏

  7. Hi, I gave up gym after 5 full years been into it, now I'm in the very early stage in my power/vinyasa yoga. I like it because is quick and the same time hard training and need no gym and equipment. As doing my yoga only based on your videos, I want to ask you, what to expect from my body, how will my body change after time doing only power yoga classes 4 times a week?

  12. I love the 30 min sessions. Not because I don't have time for longer, but 1. I also want to do sports after, and 2. Its much easier to mentally start yoga with a shorter commitment, so I've suddenly been able to incorporate it in my life with pleasure. I've also learned through you why I normally dislike yoga, the repetitiveness of sun-salutations. Your sessions create a familiarity so one can develop without feeling like a robot doing 7 poses on each side, 4 x and slowly progressing. Am sure I'll eventually enjoy the longer classes but love what we can accomplish in these 30 mins.
