Beginner's Yoga Class | 35 Minute Everyday Full Body Stretch

Enjoy this 35 minute yoga class for beginners who want a simple, full body stretch. This sequence is great to practice daily!

We’ll begin with a very short meditation connecting with the breath and then warming up the spine with some seated twists and side bends. We’ll then move to hands and knees, flowing through cat/cow.

Our standing sequence will move through high lunge, warrior II, extended side angle, triangle and wide-legged forward fold. Ending our class with supine stretches to open the hips and a guided body-scan savasana.

I will be guiding you through basic cues for alignment and showing you how to use a block for certain postures. Props aren’t necessary but recommended if you have them handy!

  7. Tried this on the first day of my period, which is usually the worst day, and it was a super gentle and sweet flow. Instead of drawing in the belly, because of cramps, I focused on tilting my pelvis and it was super comfortable. I've tried other yoga teachers classes before but somehow yours are gentle and friendly to the untrained body. I haven't felt a muscle pulling or nerve pain at all when I usually feel it during yoga 🙏 thank you Jessica 💛
