  1. Best yoga video encountered. I've been doing yoga for years, although as an amateur, and studying and practicing mindfulness practice. This stands out above the crowd as all the many comments already said below. I practice this several times a week, to the point that it's become a memory routine for me, which I'm thankful for. Many yoga lessons are treated as cardio and don't give thought to the purpose, or slow mindful progress, or connection to and cultivation of the mind-body. Thank you for your gift.

  2. I began doing Yoga the day I found this video 9 years ago exactly. Now after all this time Greg and Al made a wonderful job. Thanks Guys

  3. I loved this video. I do many of the videos posted in youtube. I have my favorites but this one is so different. It reminds me of the beginning of my Hata classes, some 40 years ago. Deep into each pose, full of details but very easily explained. I love Yin Yoga and Hata, but this video has the best of the two worlds, deep and soft. Please bring more of this videos. The voices are amazing. Many thanks!

  4. Cheers for this, I've been looking for "are there yoga videos on amazon prime?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Fonylan Inconceivable Future – (do a google search )?

It is a smashing one of a kind product for discovering how to get your sexiest body minus the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy got great success with it.

  5. I found this video years ago and loved it, but somehow had forgotten about it. This morning it came up in my Youtube display and I completed it again. Wow, it's still as powerful and effective and ticks all the boxes for body nourishing strengthening and relaxing, It just perfect. it is the best way to spend an hour for vitality and good health physical and mental health, and during these strange times, this is even more important. Thank you.

  6. From a grad of William Webb Ellis Grammar School Highgate, London UK with a somewhat worn out body and a monkey mind. My chronic back pain has been reduced to a minor discomfort through yoga now. Thank you for improving my life. Old rugby players everywhere could benefit from your efforts!
    Namaste.

  7. Been doing this for years after getting it from their old site after herniating a disc joint. Even got a lovely welcome as I was all the way from the UK. Funnily enough ended up living in NZ a couple of years later. I've always rated this video after looking at loads of others to see how to manage my back. The pace here is not manic, the poses and duration really strengthen muscle while stretching sensibly, not trying to do crazy moves because just because the teacher can. It has been wonderfully helpful to me over the years and although I am still on this, not an advanced contortionist (as they seem to stiff jointed me), it keeps my skeleton healthy to live. Well done guys.

  8. I came across this video when i was looking for a good yoga video during this Covid pandemic. Real slow, lets you feel and experience all the muscle stretches. One of the best yoga videos, with clear instructions and demonstrations. Thank you.

  14. I had been doing this routine regularly for years before I started practicing with an instructor. I have since taken a break from yoga due to kids and life! After searching desperately I found it again and it really is hands down the best yoga video I've ever encountered. Are there any other videos available by the same producers/instructors?

  15. Thanks Guys, I've been doing this routine now since 2017. Its really helped with some lower back pain issues. I like the mindful pace, explanations and reminders for breathing.
Is there an intermediate class that you have done? I'm ready to try a bit more of a challenge.
    Thank you. Peace.
