  6. Hi Adriene,
    I've watched many of your videos.
    But never found you mentioning any name of yoga asana you did in each video.
    There is a name for each position of Yoga you do.
    Its a proud feeling for me as a Hindu to see Yoga science spreading all over world and benefiting each human.
    But i encourage you to please do more research on what you are doing and start mentioning the Yoga position name going forward.
    Cause Yoga is not just concentrating on ur breath, calming mind and controlling body in a position. Far ahead it has mental, physical and spiritual connection that you are missing.
    One major point is we cannot talk while doing Yoga as it disturbs our breathing rhythm matching with mind/thought waves. Mix ur video of yoga and audio for info sharing.
    If u r choosing this for lifetime. Then there's an ocean of knowledge on Yoga which i suggest you to dive into.
    'Be Satisfied' i say to everyone than saying 'be happy' at last.
