Arm Strengthening Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga

Toning and stretching for the arms. This is a great yoga class, that was filmed early on at my home studio. You will enjoy some great flow culminating in some arm strengthening postures and the arm balance Titibhasana (firefly pose). And a debut from my daughter who joined our class!

  4. I can't believe I pushed myself to complete the entire class. I had no idea I had it in me to accomplish what was asked of me and pleasantly surprised myself I was trembling, sweating, and falling out of some of the poses, but I kept re-collecting myself and committing. Still kept falling on my butt for Titibhasana but was proud of myself for holding it for a few seconds each time before collapsing! I was having a laugh but also really starting to recognize what regularly practicing yoga can hep you to achieve.

    I went from sporadically doing half an hour of yoga every other day to doing 40-60 minutes of yoga every day in an initial mission to get my mental health to a balanced place. Not only do I feel that I've gotten much stronger and heathlier mentally, but I'm now really starting to realize the incredible physical strength I am capable of as well. Thanks so much for these classes, they mean a lot to a student like me who can't afford to pay for regular classes. I'm so endlessly grateful, really. <3

  6. God I'm so weak ! Only got through 50 minutes . Great workout, thank you ! Will keep doing this one several times per week, my goal is a crow pose and later on handstand . I know it'll help me get there . Thank you , subscribed 🙂
