This “advanced” deep stretch yoga class includes postures that stretch and open the entire body. Postures are not limited to seated stretches and include downward dogs and a few strength/stretch poses like Camatkarasana, (wild thing), for example.
Other poses included are:
Upavistha Konasana (seated straddle splits)
Hanumanasana (splits) with variations
Scandasana (side lunge) with bind option
Lizard pose
Malasana (garland pose)
Kurmasana (tortoise pose)
Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) with leg variations
