Advanced Deep Stretch Yoga Class (40 Min) – Five Parks Yoga



This “advanced” deep stretch yoga class includes postures that stretch and open the entire body. Postures are not limited to seated stretches and include downward dogs and a few strength/stretch poses like Camatkarasana, (wild thing), for example.

Other poses included are:
Upavistha Konasana (seated straddle splits)
Hanumanasana (splits) with variations
Scandasana (side lunge) with bind option
Lizard pose
Malasana (garland pose)
Kurmasana (tortoise pose)
Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) with leg variations

  3. LOVE this yoga flow! I have been doing your yoga videos for a few years now and just came across this deep stretch yoga class and let me just say….. My favorite! My body feels so yummy! My left hip has been tight for 2 years and have never felt better! Thank you so much Erin for sharing your talent and love of yoga with us fellow yogis.

  7. This a beautiful stretch flow! Perfect for restorative or recovery workout or, if you're preparing of an intense workout but you can't overdo yourself the day prior. Thank you for this!

  8. Oh my goodness! If you look really closely you can see a beautiful dragonfly land on the center of your back while you you’re doing cat cow pose (about 7:36) and he stays there til about 8:21 right after you finish heart melting pose!

    I’ve seen this video at least 50 times but I just noticed it this time! I thought it was so neat 🙂
