  2. It’s unfortunate that many yoga instructors teach lifting the arms with the palms facing forward. This is not functional movement.

  4. My wife and I have been doing this workout routine for over a year now; Ti Blair and SilverSneakers really aced it, it's one of the very best yoga programs we know. But here's a recommendation: try playing it at 75% speed. What is wonderful at the speed at which it was shot becomes close to perfect when it's a little slowed down; not only is the pace more relaxed, but there's more time to really do each position thoroughly and to breathe. Give it a try! 🙂

  7. I do this practice regularly and it helps me a lot but the fact that she doesn’t understand yoga breathing is irritating

  9. I wish this particular instructor had a longer yoga video… she doesn’t waste time she has a very calming and precise voice and I watch this one every day does she have a longer video?

  14. I was excited to see this video however once it goes forward i still could not participate because of knee issues cannot do the poses. Is there Yoga for those with severe knee injuries.

  18. I am here – 62 year old person with my friend who is 82. He says the directions are too fast and too many words. He cannot follow it. Instructor should be more understanding about the age gap. She is young and moving fast. This is not exactly helping seniors.
    No hard feelings. Just a comment from 2 seniors.
