50 Minute Yoga Class – Hips & Low Back

This is one of my favorite classes because I easily get tight hips and low back pain.

If you sit a lot, are a runner, or have any stress in your life (and who doesn’t?), chances are your psoas muscle (one of your hip flexors) is tight and is pulling on your low back. This class is specifically designed with poses that target your hips and low back to relieve some pain, release tension, and create a little more flexibility.
