This is one of my favorite classes because I easily get tight hips and low back pain.
If you sit a lot, are a runner, or have any stress in your life (and who doesn’t?), chances are your psoas muscle (one of your hip flexors) is tight and is pulling on your low back. This class is specifically designed with poses that target your hips and low back to relieve some pain, release tension, and create a little more flexibility.

That was great! A few asanas were beyond my ability but I knew some modifications. Tyvm
My lover experience pains in his leg, back and neck. Due to this lower back pain guidebook called “Kemzαnο Loni” (Google it), he was able to handle all those issues. According to him, he can now get enough rest for the reason that lower back pain as well as the other pains are gone.. .
