I've been randomly practicing to your videos for 2 months now. had already deemed you my favorite teacher. until today. when I first experienced your Yama class…which includes mental stretching with the physical. now your my more – favorite teacher. Even though my flexibility is beyond this class I got so much more out of my 50min than before. I'm looking forward to this entire series and to see if you produce more Like this with the verbal teaching with the physical. This was great because I have been focusing a lot on the physical side of yoga trying to get my body back in to shape after having a baby, but I also need to strengthen my mind. โ˜บ๏ธ This class was a perfect balance and beautiful flow from mind to body. โค๏ธ Thanks
