  1. I've done many many hours of yin yoga and you surprised me today: this is my favorite! I loved your dialogue, your choices of asanas, it was perfect. You're a wonderful teacher ♥️

  2. The class was great, but as it was yin yoga, it woud had been nicer if there was more silent during the practice. I understand that perhaps that would be more challenge for you too. But it would be great if you tried! You are a great teacher!

  3. i was getting writing block for my class and you helped me immensely coming up with new ideas . thank you ! 💙

  5. I've done this class before, but today was so needed. Now I'm feeling super relaxed and recharged after some strong practices the previous days.
    Thanks Flo 🙏

  6. Hey guys, i really like your vidoes, but this is a Yin Classe, its not necessary to talk all the time.

  7. I had fallen out of my regular yoga practice and this video rekindled my love for it. Thank you so much for the practice!

  8. Thank you for another great yoga session. I have to admit though that the music at the end felt quite annoying. I prefer your videos without any music.

  9. This class is one of the hardest on this channel (if stretching and relaxing is hard for you as well) – but also a very beneficial one. It was quite tough but now my legs and hips really feel amazing out of this world relaxed. Stay with it and get rewarded:) Thank you!

  10. Thank you. Im going through difficult times. I am learning how to just slow down and breath. I find your soft toned voice comforting and encouraging. Thanks again.

  11. Hi there enjoyed the class … I am doing BJJ still. I do too. I have been doing Yin Yoga on and off and my physio told me to continue doing it as I have also a couple of BJJ injuries. are you doing BJJ in Germany. Just guessing as I hear a slight German accent. OSS Rudi

  12. What a beautiful practice, thank you for sharing Flo! I loved your queue to explore the gap between inhales and exhales during shavasana. Namaste 🙂

  13. Pure bliss sadhana on my rest day. Extremely restorative and a truly out of body experience in the closing meditation. Thank you flo. Best teacher. Namaste.

  14. I enjoy slowing down but before getting into pigeon need some warm up like one sun salutation or something

  15. Hi, I’ve been checking out your video’s for a couple of days now. Absolutely love them. Also been checking your music on spotify. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻keep up the good work. Namasté.
Oh and your tatoo’s are amazing.

  16. Before you watch this video please Be aware : too much talking in the video- does not allow you to focus or relax at all.

  17. I really liked the video, the lesson is great!! But… I really long for a yin video in which the teacher does not speak during the asanas, so that we can fully relax and focus on our breath
