  1. Sweating like anything. Very challenging, enjoyed doing this workout but I had to take multiple breaks and skip some of the poses since I have started practicing yoga since 2 months. My body is not yet built for headstand and crow pose

  2. This is going to be my new favorite video from Floating Yoga School! Thanks Helen for having been that sunlight when the rest has been gloomy for the past one year

  3. I had so much fun! laughed at myself, giggling all the way. The icing on the cake was that from a cross leg, I could finally fly! I had been struggling to do a crow for a year. Today I did it. then I did it again. Thank you so much!!!!!

  4. I have been following your several classes in these Stay Home days through Apple TV and couldn't put any comments, so here I am. Thank you for the gentle yet powerful classes you have uploaded. Especially this version which has some really funky moves that I cannot do but still enjoy the challenge. Keep up the good work!

  5. Omg this session almost killed me haha! Ive been practising yoga for 2 yrs now but never really done a strictly core workout, doing this class made me realize how weak my core is, some of the poses I had the wobbles lol, I feel so much better after this class though – worked up a sweat and feel a lot more stable, thank you, youre awesome, I will do more of this class 🙂

  6. Super intense but it was good to try. Definitely a challenge. I have limited space but still was able to do alot of the movements. Need to work on my core more and sifting of my weight with control. Thanks FLS
