  1. This has been amazing to help me sequencing my first classes Tricks.Yoga I LOVE THIS BOOK. I definitely recommend it to any new yoga teacher, who feels like a bit of advice from more experienced yogis. It's always good to even check up or review a sequence one has already made. Great purchase!

  2. Did not enjoy the class. When teachers dont do the class they miss the reality, the transitions and the results on the student. Couldn't finish the class. Also, put some more energy to your voice. Make us feel empowered. Breath are also a good reminder as we flow. Give people more cues on the movements and not just say the names of the poses. For me that is lazy yoga. Every day a new opportunity for improvement.

  3. I quit around 30 min. Like others, i felt it was way too fast, which for me felt like it took the strength out of the pose. At this pace I'd rather do calisthenics.

  4. I found it hard to follow the instructions while doing the class. I think the focus should be on instructions, not on having to watch what's going on 😕

  5. I found this video to be super annoying. He doesn't really "teach" the class so much as just watch the two 'students' do it. Particularly paying more attention to one over the other if you get what I mean. Plus, wasn't the dude supposed to be modifying? They were both like insane experts! You had to watch the screen the entire time instead of focusing on your pose/form. Anyway, I found Baron to be WAY too talkative (in the most stereotypical way ever…he sounded like an SNL character to me) and he wasn't good at explaining poses or form. Note to self: don't watch any more videos "taught" by Baron Baptiste. Classes with Ally are where it's at!

  6. He doesn't allow enough time to vinyasa, there's no warm up, it's fairly uninspiring and unimaginative and all the teacher wants to do is get in the guy's pants anyway. Plenty of better guided flows out there. Be careful of injury with this one!

  7. I had to turn it off after just 10 minutes. His tone was so mechanical and the flow too fast. In the time it took me to understand his instructions, they had already moved to the next pose. I don't know if I would even call this a flow, it felt more like a series of poses one after the other.

  8. Like other comments said, not for beginners but I did love the challenge! There was a few points where I felt like I didn't have time to breath through my vinyassa, and I consider myself to breath/move pretty quickly. I also would have liked more time to set an intention, felt a bit more like a workout than a spiritual practice. But still a fun challenge.
